These stunning pastries combine the classic taste of warm, spiced apples with a creative twist. Perfect for a sweet and romantic treat, each rose-shaped pie is easy to make and packed with flavour. The flaky, golden crust wraps beautifully around cinnamon-sugar apples, creating a bite-sized dessert that’s as beautiful as it is delicious. Whether for a special dinner or a thoughtful gift, these apple pie roses will add a touch of love to your celebration!

Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius.
Place apple slices on a microwave-safe plate and drizzle with lime juice.
Microwave on high until slices soften and are malleable. Cover the plate with plastic wrap and a kitchen towel.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside. Slice the puff pastry into thirds. e oven until golden brown. Top with icing sugar.
Brush each third with the melted butter and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture onto the pastry. Place apple slices along one long edge of dough, making sure to overlap the slices.
Fold the bottom half of the dough over the apple slices to form a “folder”. Brush this edge with more melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Starting at one end, roll dough to form a rose.
Coat the bottom of the Crumble Classic Skillet with melted butter, and arrange the apple roses onto the skillet. Bake in the oven until golden brown. Top with icing sugar.
