Crumble Cookware

Preheat the oven to 180 C.
Slice the peaches and place in the Crumble Deep Baking Tray. Stir in the sugar, unsalted butter and vanilla essence until all the peach slices are well covered.
Place a sheet of puff pastry onto the Crumble Baking Tray and begin arranging the peaches in the centre of the pastry, leaving a border of 2-3cm.
Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling and brush with beaten egg.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm with thick double cream or vanilla ice cream.
