Add the Italian salami into the Crumble Classic Round Skillet on medium heat. Once it begins to crisp, remove from the skillet and place onto a plate covered with paper towel.
Add in a quarter cup of the oil into the skillet, turn to low heat and cook garlic until it is a pale golden colour (be careful it burns quick!).
Add the sesame seeds, paprika, crushed red peppers, sugar and salt. Let it bloom at low heat for 2 min. Turn off the heat, and add in the tamari and vinegar.
Chop the garlic and calabrese finely and add into the skillet. Pour the remaining oil over the seasonings.
Drizzle the oil over the burrata and then garnish with chives. Serve with a warm baguette.
