We offer a warranty against defects for our products, including a limited lifetime warranty on your Crumble Cast Iron cookware and knife range, and 1-2 year warranties for our other products including cooking accessories, and ceramic cookware, in accordance with these warranty terms.

What are your warranty remedies?

A product presented for repair may be replaced by a refurbished product of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the product.

How do you exercise your rights under the warranty?

Step 1: Check specific requirements

Please ensure you meet the warranty requirements (including checking exclusions, the warranty period and any special exclusions for your particular product below).

You must ensure that you have followed, and continue to follow, any advice that we give or have given you in relation to product (handling instructions, user guidelines and/or manuals provided with the product). We do not accept liability for damage to products where caused by your failure to follow our advice or care instructions for the product.

Step 2: Make a warranty claim

If you purchased your product directly from Crumble (not a 3rd party stockist), contact us for a warranty evaluation at support@crumble.co

If you purchased your product from David Jones or another 3rd party stockist, you must initiate the claim process through the original stockist. For example, the warranty claim must be made through David Jones if the product was purchased from David Jones.

Please follow our instructions to have the product evaluated and collected or returned. You must have, and present when requested:

  • Pictures of the defect;
  • Proof of purchase documentation for the product (such as original purchase receipt).
Step 3: Return the product and receive your repair or replacement

Once your claim is assessed and approved, Crumble agrees to either repair or replace your item free of charge. Please note that replacement cookware may be issued in a different colour to the original purchase, pending stock availability at the time or replacement.

When preparing your product for return, you must ensure that the product is package in a manner that protects the product from further damage during transport (e.g. with sufficient padding) prior to return.

Australian Consumer Law Statement

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
