Although enamelled cast iron is dishwasher safe, hand washing with warm soapy water and a nylon scrub brush is recommended to preserve the cookware's original appearance.If using a dishwasher, we recommend not placing the Dutch Oven on the bottom shelf.Citrus juices and citrus-based cleaners (including some dishwasher detergents) should be avoided, as they can dull the exterior gloss.

The limited lifetime warranty covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic conditions and in accordance with the care and use instructions provided.It does not cover normal wear and tear (such as scratches/enamel coating chips, stains, commercial use or misuse of the product).
Each piece of cookware is handcrafted which gives each one its own unique characteristics. Colour pigments can occur sometimes because of the colour adjustment process. Kindly note that this is not a fault and cannot be avoided. It is usually more obvious when Dutch Ovens are produced in lighter colours.
You can use your Crumble Wood Fibre Spoon or a Wooden Spoon.Please refrain from using steel as it may damage the enamel coating. Kindly note that the Dutch Oven is still food safe even if the enamel is damaged.
