"Amazing dish, we love the colour. Our only complaint is that after placing the order, we couldn't track the delivery as it was through an independent courier who wanted us to download a specific app to try and track it. Then the parcel was dumped on the street outside of the home with packaging clearly visible of the very expensive item inside. No signature on delivery, no knock on the door, no email or text about delivery. I would be nervous to order again if the chosen courier company is so careless with such expensive and precious parcels."

Although enamelled cast iron is dishwasher safe, hand washing with warm soapy water and a nylon scrub brush is recommended to preserve the cookware's original appearance.
If using a dishwasher, we recommend not placing the Dutch Oven on the bottom shelf.
Citrus juices and citrus-based cleaners (including some dishwasher detergents) should be avoided, as they can dull the exterior gloss.

The limited lifetime warranty covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic conditions and in accordance with the care and use instructions provided.
