1. Offer Period: The current Free Santoku Knife for 1x Ultimate Non-Stick Ceramic Set Purchase is valid from 02nd July 2025 - 7th July 2025 (ends midnight). Timing is subject to change.
2. Eligibility: The offer is open to all customers who make a qualifying purchase within the offer period. ONE applicable gift redemption is valid per qualifying tier. Customers are NOT able to redeem multiple gifts. Should extra gifts be redeemed, Crumble reserves the right to amend the Free Gifts in your order. Returning a portion of your order may disqualify you from the free gift promotion, resulting in a charge for the free item. Customers must make a qualifying purchase to claim free gift with purchase items. Crumble reserves the right to refuse gifts should the customers cart not meet requirements.
3. Gift with Purchase Item: Qualifying orders will receive the above specified gifts with purchase should above requirements be met and can only be claimed via the Crumble website. Only one gift per tier reached/customer/order is redeemable.
1. 30-Day Trial: Orders placed during GWP promotions are NOT eligible for the Free 30-Day Home trial.
2. Partial Refund: Customers who return the products from their order, or cancel any part of their order that has not yet shipped but do not return the gifted product (unused & unopened), such as the free Knives, will be eligible for a partial refund only. The amount withheld will be subject to the specified gift with purchase value omitted. The omitted value will be calculated according to the current MSRP less any promotional discounts, if applicable.
3. Exchanges: No exchanges will be accepted for orders with FREE Gifts redeemed.
Any product not returned or received in a condition not in accordance with the Crumble return policy will NOT be considered for a refund.
