"We had an initial fault with ours, but I honestly can’t blame anyone- there was an issue with the colour coming off, but seemed to be a genuine error. The customer service team especially were fabulous and diligent to get to the cause of the issue, and ended up replacing it. We love our crumble cookware, so easy to clean and use!"
