Ingredients
- /2 cup honey
- 1-2 slices fresh ginger

2 bags of chamomile tea
- 4 large egg yolks
- 250g mascarpone
- 1/2 cup thickened cream
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Italian sponge lady fingers
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- Freeze dried raspberry powder (optional)

Directions
Steep tea bags for 15 mins with honey and ginger.
Beat egg yolks, mascarpone, 1/4 cream, honey and vanilla until whipped. Don't over-beat.
Whip remaining 1/4 cup of cream until soft peaks form. Fold into mascarpone mixture.
Quickly dip ladyfingers in tea syrup. Arrange in your Crumble Baby Dutch. Spread half of mascarpone cream, then layer with jam and strawberries. Repeat layering with remaining ladyfingers, cream, and berries.
Chill for 2 hours before serving, top with freeze dried raspberry powder and strawberries. Enjoy!
