2 cups shredded coconut
½ cup sweetened condensed milk (or substitute with a dairy-free alternative)
White chocolate melts or white candy melts
Dark chocolate or black decorating icing for eyes/buttons
Mini orange candy or orange fondant for carrot noses
Crumble Essential Baking Set sheet pan
Crumble non-stick silicone baking mat
Optional: Sprinkles, edible glitter, mini marshmallows
Line the sheet pan with the silicone mat. It will make the truffles easy to roll, freeze, and release with no sticking.
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut.
Add the condensed milk (or substitute) and mix until the mixture holds together when pressed.
Scoop or spoon the mixture onto the lined sheet pan and roll into balls (about walnut‐size). Use half the balls for the body, and half for the heads.
Freeze the balls on the sheet pan for ~15-20 minutes, just until firm.
Melt the white chocolate melts according to package instructions.
Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, letting excess drip back onto the silicone mat (easy cleanup!).
While the coating is still soft, assemble snowmen: place a “head” ball on top of a “body” ball.
Decorate:
• Use dark chocolate or decorating icing to make eyes and buttons
• Add a tiny orange candy for the carrot nose
• Optionally, add sprinkles or edible glitter for that festive sparkle
Place the snowmen back on the covered sheet pan and refrigerate until set (approx 10 minutes).
