This Christmas Ham is perfect for a summery Aussie Christmas with its abundance of citrus giving it the perfect sweet and tangy combo. The citrus also helps to cut through the richness of the ham, so you can keep going back for more!
Preheat oven to 160°C. In the Crumble Classic Dutch Oven, place the ham inside.
Slice the orange and lemon into thick slices and squeeze over the top of the ham and then place them on top and around it for baking.
Put the lid on the dutch oven and bake for an hour. Remove from oven.
Mix up the maple syrup and mustard in a small bowl and use half of the glaze to baste the ham.
Bake for another 45 minutes without the dutch oven lid. Remove from oven.
Reglaze with the remaining mixture and then rest for 15 minutes with the dutch oven lid on.
Slice and serve!
