
Halloween Brownies

No tricks here, just delicious brownie treats! Ditch the neon green jello and instead delight with a much loved warm, gooey brownie topped with a cheeky white chocolate 'ghost'.
Ingredients

2 cups oil

3 cups castor sugar

8 eggs

12 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tsp salt

3 cups plain flour

2 tbsp vanilla extract

White baking chocolate

2 tbsp oil

Directions
Preheat oven to 180C.
In a mixing bowl, add sugar, oil, eggs, cocoa, salt, flour and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
Pour batter into a lined Crumble Shallow Dutch Oven and spread into an even layer. Bake for 30-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and allow to cool.
For the ‘ghosts’, prepare a baking tray with baking paper and in a separate bowl, microwave chocolate with oil in 30-second intervals.
Drop spoonfuls of chocolate onto the tray and use the back of the spoon to spread the chocolate into “ghosts”. Place 2 eyes on top and let cool completely. Decorate brownies with the ghosts and slice to enjoy!
