Ingredients

500g Thinly Sliced Beef

2 Cups Cooked Rice

1 Can Sweet Corn Kernels

1 Spring Onion Stalk

1 Onion

2 Tbsp Butter

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce

2 Tbsp Honey

1-2 Tsp Black Pepper

1 Tsp Sesame Oil
Pepper Sauce
Directions
Pre-mix the pepper sauce and set aside
Heat your shallow dutch with 1tsp of oil
Sear beef and onions until slightly caramelised
Add your rice to the middle of the pan and drizzle the pepper sauce all around
Add corn, spring onions and stir in butter to finish
