Taiwanese shallot pancakes
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons Feta
1 Tsp Crispy Chilli Oil
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Tsp Minced Garlic
Melt butter in a pan, fry Taiwanese pancakes until golden on both sides. Set aside.
In another pan add your butter and garlic, sprinkle over feta and crack two eggs on top. Drizzle on your chill oil and cook until eggs are to your liking. Serve on your crispy pancakes, wrap it up and enjoy.
