Smash Burger Tacos

Directions

1. Sauté the onion until translucent and add to a small bowl with the other sauce ingredients. Mix together until well combined.
2. Mix the beef with salt/pepper, onion powder and mixed herbs.
3. Press a thin layer of beef onto the tortillas.
4. Add a bit of oil to your Crumble Non-Stick Pan and place one tortilla with the beef side down.
5. Cook for 1-2 minutes then flip. Add cheese and allow the tortilla to brown and get crispy.
6. Remove from pan and serve with chopped lettuce, pickles and burger sauce.
