Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 200. Butter your Crumble Shallow Dutch Oven and set aside.
2. Thinly slice potatoes with a knife or mandolin and set aside.
3. Add butter to a Crumble Saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, add garlic and flour. Whisk until well combined. Slowly add milk and continue to whisk until a thick smooth paste forms.
4. Turn off the heat and add cheese, seasoning and stir until smooth.
5. Layer the potatoes and onions in your Crumble. Pour the cheese mixture over the top and give the pan a slight shake to evenly spread the sauce.
6. Sprinkle the potatoes with ham and extra cheese.
7. Bake covered for 60 minutes then uncovered for 25 or until the cheese is brown and the edges of the potatoes are crispy.
8. Top with parsley and enjoy!
