So far so good, BUT
"The steamers are stainless steel so not a lot can go wrong with them. Customer service however leaves a lot to be desired. Web site states if your order is placed before 9am it will be dispatched same day. Waited 3 or 4 days with no word. No one online for chat so sent a msg via Web form querying the delay. Was told that the item was a pre-order and would be available to send on x date. There is nothing on the web site that states this item is a pre-order. X date came and went so I emailed again. After my email was sent I got a notification that my order is being prepared. It then took another couple of days before it was dispatched. Seems to me there is misleading information or outright untruths going on, so I probably wouldn't buy from them again."
