
Scary Good Spaghetti & Meatballs

Make mealtime extra fun for the kids (or the kids at heart) with a low-effort, flavourful pasta finished with an easy twist to turn a dinnertime favourite spooky!
Ingredients

400g spaghetti

500g beef mince Parsley, chopped

1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 egg
-
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 onion, diced
-
2 tbsp Italian herbs
-
1 1/2 tbsp salt
-
1 1/2 tbsp pepper
-
Bocconcini, sliced
-
Black olives, sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 180C.
In a large bowl, combine egg, parsley, seasonings, meat and breadcrumbs.
Scoop the mixture into golf-sized meatballs and bake for about 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
Place a slice of bocconcini and olive on top of each meatball and bake for another 3 minutes or until slightly melted.
Prepare your spaghetti and sauce according to package instructions. Serve with meatballs and garnish with basil.
