Hey Foodies! If you've got a sweet tooth like us, then we're thrilled to introduce you to Bianca, founder of the popular The Crumble Corner, serving up delicious pots of Crumble in both familiar and unique flavours. 

Hi Bianca, It's lovely to meet you! The Crumble Corner is so impressive, we'd love to learn more about you and the inspiration behind @thecrumble.corner

"[Hi] I'm Bianca, the founder of The Crumble Corner! I've always been drawn to desserts associated with warm, nostalgic flavours - particularly Crumble as it's also so versatile and universally loved.

The Crumble Corner came about because I wanted to take this classic and make it a special experience by allowing people to create their own unique flavour combinations when they come to visit us or to take home to enjoy with family and friends."

Yum! That sounds like a delicious and fun way to enjoy a classic dessert. What has some of your highlights running The Crumble Corner so far and is there anything that you're looking forward to in 2025? 

"It's been amazing seeing our community grow both in person and online and seeing how much people love the experience of creating their very own crumble flavour is so rewarding.

This year, I'm excited to expand on our Take-Home Crumble Bags, where you can enjoy our signature crumble topping anywhere and in with any pairings they desire - even if they're just snacking straight from the bag!"


That's awesome! There's nothing that makes us happier than sharing a meal or bonding over a favourite dish and I'm sure foodies everywhere will be so excited to hear more about your take-home range. Is there a tip that you'd like to share with our foodies for enjoying the best crumble at home? 

"[Hmm] if I had to pick, I would say don't skip the resting time! It might be hard to resist, but letting your crumble sit out for at least 5-10 minutes before serving gives time for the fruit or filling to thicken up naturally, making it easier to serve for that perfect balance of juicy filling and satisfying crunch from the topping. 

Talk about the perfect bite! And speaking of perfect...we've got to ask - how has Crumble fared in crafting up the delicious treats at The Crumble Co? 

"I've loved using the Baby Dutch Oven as it's produced the perfect texture for baked desserts - especially for my small-batch crumbles, I've noticed that it has great heat distribution meaning soft, caramelised fruit without the extra liquid and maintains a perfectly crunchy crumble crust on top.

Plus, it's adorable to serve in and keeps everything warm for longer."

I'm sure our foodies who have read this far are craving a sweet treat right about now - is there a recipe that you would like to share? 

"[Absolutely!], this is my go-to Apple Crumble recipe - simple, comforting and made with a handful of ingredients that you probably already have at home.
