Ingredients

1 jar of dill pickle slices (cut into ½ cm rounds if whole)
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs (beaten)
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste
Olive oil spray

Directions

Prep the pickles: Drain pickle slices and pat them dry with a paper towel (this helps them crisp up instead of going soggy).
Set up your coating station: Place flour in one shallow bowl, beaten eggs in another, and a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a third.
Coat: Dip each pickle slice in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Press lightly to help the coating stick.
Air fry: Place coated pickles in a single layer in the Crumble Air Fryer basket. Spray lightly with olive oil. Cook at 200°C for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve: Plate up with your favourite dipping sauce; ranch, aioli, or even a spicy sriracha mayo for extra kick.
