We warrant that the products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from purchase when used for normal domestic use and in accordance with our use and care recommendations.

The 2-Year warranty covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic conditions and in accordance with the care and use instructions provided.It does not cover normal wear and tear (such as scratches/chips, stains, commercial use or misuse of the product).
Each piece of cookware is handcrafted which gives each one its own unique characteristics. Colour pigments can occur sometimes because of the colour adjustment process. Kindly note that this is not a fault and cannot be avoided. It is usually more obvious when Dutch Ovens are produced in lighter colours.

If cooking with a Dutch Oven, kindly note that the Dutch Oven is still food safe even if the enamel is damaged.
