Made with fresh cauliflower florets, coated in a light, seasoned batter, and air-fried to golden perfection, these bites are tossed in a zesty buffalo sauce for the ultimate kick. They’re crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and completely addicting—perfect for game day, appetisers, or a nutritious snack. Plus, they’re easy to make using the Crumble Air Fryer, vegan-friendly, and packed with fibre and vitamins.

Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and salt. Add in the water and whisk until smooth.
Add the cauliflower florets and toss to ensure all pieces are coated in the batter.
Arrange the florets in a single layer in the Crumble Air Fryer. Work in batches if necessary.
Air fry at 200 degree celsius for 10 minutes. Flip the florets and brush with some of the buffalo sauce.
Continue to cook for another 10 minutes, or until the cauliflower is dark and crisp around the edges.
Remove from the air fryer and brush with additional buffalo sauce. Serve with ranch and celery sticks.
