Quick, easy and warming, whip this delicious noodle dish in no time at all with ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry.
1x Bundle of Rice Noodles
1.5 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Chopped Spring Onion
Β½ tbsp Gochugaru (Korean Chilli Flakes)
ΒΌ tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Noodle Water
1 tsp Garlic Powder
White Pepper and Salt to taste
Boil and drain noodles and rinse in cold water
Heat sesame oil in a pot and while heating, in a bowl add spring onions and gochugaru.
Once oil is hot, pour over the bowl and let the aromatics sizzle.
In the same bowl, mix in peanut butter, soy sauce and a splash of noodle water if mixture is too thick.
Add sauce to noodles and finish with sesame seeds, and more spring onion if desired.
