Ingredients

1 tablespoon traditional yeast
½ teaspoon Sugar
2 cups of warm water
4 ¼ cup of all purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoon Salt
Pizza toppings of your choice

Directions

Add yeast, sugar and warm water into a large bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.
Grab a new bowl and mix flour and salt together, before pouring into the wet ingredients. Mix together until it comes into a ball and then knead for 10 minutes.
Cover bowl loosely with plastic wrap or a tea towel and leave aside. Let rise for 1.5-3 hours until the dough has doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Portion out the dough into six equal sized pieces.
Shape one piece into a heart shape (tip: you can use scissors to get a better shape).
Heat the Crumble Classic Skillet on high heat before adding olive oil. Place the dough onto the skillet and cook until the base is golden brown.
Add your pizza toppings. Place the pizza into the oven for 15 minutes, or until the rest of the dough has cooked through.
