Ingredients

2 packets of Buldak Ramen Noodles
1tsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic minced
6-8 shrimp peeled and deveined
Salt and pepper for seasoning
1 shallot minced
1tbsp of freshly minced ginger
1 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup of chicken stock
Lime wedges for garnishing
Coriander for garnishing

Directions

Heat half the oil in the Crumble Shallow Dutch Oven and cook prawns until just cooked through. Season with salt and pepper and then take off the pan and set aside.
Heat the remaining amount of oil and sauté the garlic, shallot and ginger.
Reduce heat to low and deglaze the pan with the coconut milk. Add one packet of the Buldak Ramen seasoning packet and mix in. Stir in chicken stock and bring to a simmer.
Place the ramen noodles into the sauce and cover with the Dutch oven lid. Cook noodles, then remove the lid and add the prawns back into the pan.
Top with lime wedges, coriander and Buldak seasoning.
