Creamy, spicy and topped with tender prawns and a squeeze of fresh lime, it's perfect for when you want big flavour with minimal fuss.

Bold, fragrant and comforting - this Spicy Coconut & Prawn Ramen is everything you need to keep you warm through the cooler winter months. Creamy coconut milk, rich aromatics and springy ramen noodles, all ready in under 30 minutes and guaranteed to warm you from the inside out.
Heat half the oil in the Crumble Shallow Dutch Oven and cook prawns until just cooked through. Season with salt and pepper and then take off the pan and set aside.
Heat the remaining amount of oil and sauté the garlic, shallot and ginger.
Reduce heat to low and deglaze the pan with the coconut milk. Add one packet of the Buldak Ramen seasoning packet and mix in. Stir in chicken stock and bring to a simmer.
Place the ramen noodles into the sauce and cover with the Dutch oven lid. Cook noodles, then remove the lid and add the prawns back into the pan.
Top with lime wedges, coriander and Buldak seasoning.
