Ingredients

1 Pack Mini Savoury Crackers
100g Dark or Milk Chocolate Squares
100s & 1000s
Optional: Sea Salt to sprinkle

Directions

Preheat & prep pan: Heat your Crumble Essential Baking Pan in the oven to ~180°C. Lightly grease or line with Crumble’s Silicone Baking Sheet or baking paper if needed.
Sprinkle base: Spread the 100s & 1000s evenly across the lined tray – this will form the colourful base of each freckle.
Melt placement: Arrange the chocolate melts, spaced evenly apart, directly on top of the sprinkles.
Bake & soften: Bake for 2–3 minutes, or until glossy and softened.
Add crackers: Remove from oven. Working quickly, press a Jatz cracker onto each softened chocolate melt, gently pressing down until the chocolate spreads into the sprinkles underneath and coats the base of the cracker.
Cool & set: Leave biscuits coated-side up on the tray to cool and harden completely. Serve once set (if you can wait that long!).
