Perfect for your weekend morning, special occasions or just whenever you want to treat yourself to a cafe-style brekkie.
Start by making the custard mix in a bowl by whisking together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth and combined
Give each brioche slice a quick dip into the custard, coating both sides evenly. Brioche absorbs liquid quickly, so a short dip goes a long way
Heat butter in a non-stick fry pan over medium heat. Fry the brioche slices for 2-3 minutes until golden and crisp
In the same pan, melt butter and add pear slices with brown sugar. Cook until soft and golden (about 4-5 minutes)
In a small saucepan, combine raspberries, blueberries, brown sugar, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes
