Ingredients

2 cups of your favourite berries (fresh or frozen)
2 tbs chia seeds
Juice of a lemon
2 tbs collagen powder (optional)
1tbs honey or maple syrup (optional)

Directions

Heat the berries in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until the fruit begins to break down.
Stir through the chia seeds, lemon juice, collagen powder, and if desired, your sweetener of choice.
Take the saucepan off the heat and let the jam sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.

Recipe Note

Enjoy this jam with yoghurt bowls, cassava pancakes or smoothies. It’s also fab for jazzing up a salad dressing.
