Can’t resist that big ol’ jar of Nutella? Whip up these super quick and foolproof Nutella Stuffed Pancakes! They’re a hit for breakfast and leftovers make the perfect mid-day treat.
Ingredients
-
6-10 TBSP Nutella
-
1 ½ Cups Plain Flour
-
3 TBSP Baking Powder
-
4 TBSP Sugar
-
1 Egg
-
1 Cup + 2 TBSP Milk of Choice
-
1 TSP Vanilla Essence
-
Pinch of Salt
Directions
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Dollop 1 tbsp of Nutella onto the tray and spread into a disc. Repeat and freeze until firm (about 1 hour).
Mix all your dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix all your wet ingredients and fold into your dry mix.
Melt 1/2 tsp butter onto your Crumble Ceramic Deep Pan. Once melted, wipe most of the butter off with a paper towel.
Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the pan. Before it cooks completely, place one Nutella disc in the middle and then cover with extra batter.
When bubbles start appearing around the edges, flip the pancake and cook until golden. Serve warm with strawberries and icing sugar. Enjoy!
