No need to fly overseas to try the viral Kanafeh Pistachio Chocolate Bar. If you've been bombarded on socials with this chocolate bar, then like us, you must be curious as to how good that ASMR crunch really is. And spoiler alert, it's SO good.
Ingredients

1 cup pistachio spread (we used @pistachiopapiofficial)
- 1 cup kataifi/phyllo, shredded
- 2 blocks baking chocolate
- 1 chocolate mould
- Butter or vegetable oil for frying
Directions
- Place a Crumble Fry Pan over low to medium heat and toast the shredded kataifi with some oil or butter until crispy and golden.
- Add kataifi and pistachio spread to a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Temper chocolate over boiling water using a glass bowl and Crumble Saucepan. This should take 10 minutes.
- Pour the melted chocolate into a chocolate mould (or small rectangular tray) and shake it around to ensure the bottom and sides are covered. Tap out any excess and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Fill the mould with the pistachio mixture and then cover with more melted chocolate. Pop it back in the fridge/freezer for another 10 minutes.
- Once set, pop out of the mould and enjoy!
