Get ready for the most satisfying crunch! Tanghulu is a popular Chinese candied fruit snack you can whip up in under 15 minutes.
Wash fruit and pat dry. Remove leaves and any inedible parts. Place fruit onto skewers (3 pieces or less so then it is easier to work with)
Prepare a bowl with water and ice. Set aside.
In a Crumble Saucepan on low to medium heat, add sugar and water. Bring to boil and simmer until it is thick and amber coloured.
Twirl the skewers into the sugar syrup. Immediately dip the skewers into the icy water to cool and harden.
Repeat with the remaining skewers and enjoy!
