Crispy Parmesan Carrots

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Peel and chops carrots. In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil, paprika, onion/garlic powder, chilli and salt. Mix together to create a marinade.
3. Add the carrots tot he marinade and toss to combine.
4. Grate the cheese and dip the flat sides of the carrots into the cheese. Place the carrots cheese facing downwards into your Crumble Deep Fry Pan. Repeat with all the carrots.
5. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and carrots are fork tender.
6. Remove from the oven and flip the carrots over with a spatula.
7. Enjoy!
