½ Cup Greek Yoghurt

1 TBSP Lemon Juice

1 TSP Turmeric Powder

2 TSP Garam Masala

½ TSP Chilli Powder

1 TSP Ground Cumin

1 TBSP Ginger (grated)

2 Garlic Cloves (crushed)

750g Chicken Thigh Fillets

2 TBSP Ghee or Butter

1 Cup Tomato Passata
-
1 Cup Thickened Cream
-
1 TBSP Sugar

Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions
In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients with the chicken. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
Heat ghee or butter over medium heat in your Crumble Dutch Oven and cook the chicken until mostly cooked on the outside.
Next, add tomato passata, cream, sugar and salt and simmer for 20 minutes.
Finish with salt & pepper to taste and best served with hot rice or naan.
