Perfectly charred chicken coated in sticky, smokey teriyaki sauce mixed in with bouncy noodles. A delightful merriment of flavours and textures with added crunch from julienned veg.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 capsicum, sliced
- Green onion
- Sesame seeds
- Noodles
- For the sauce:
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chinese cooking wine
- 1 tsp white sugar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
Directions
- Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Prepare noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat oil in your Crumble Deep pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken, cook until slightly brown.
- Add carrot and capsicum, cook until chicken is cooked.
- Add noodles and sauce and toss until evenly coated.
- Add green onions and serve with sesame seeds and enjoy!
