Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked cauliflower
- 1/2 onion, sautéed
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/4 cup cashews, soaked
- 1 cup unsweetened plant milk
- Salt, to taste (or smoked salt for extra flavour)
- 1/2 cup mushrooms of choice
- 2 tsp thyme
- Dried fettuccine pasta
- Parsley, to garnish
- Lemon zest, to garnish
Directions
Cook cauliflower ahead of time and blend to a smooth consistency with cashews and nutritional yeast.
Heat oil of choice over medium heat in your Crumble Shallow Dutch and sauté onions and garlic until soft and fragrant.
Cook pasta to desired consistency and to your onion and garlic mix, add in mushrooms and continue to sauté until browned and fragrant.
Add cooked pasta to pan, followed by folding in the cauliflower sauce mixture.
Finish with lemon zest and chopped parsley to serve.
