Cozy Chicken Pot Pie Soup

Directions

1. Heat a Crumble Dutch Oven over low to medium heat and melt in butter. Add onion, celery, and carrots and sauté until softened and lightly golden.
2. Add mushrooms and garlic and sauté for until softened.
3. Add flour and stir for 1 minute until golden.
4. Add chicken stock, potatoes and season to taste. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer, partially cover and cook 12-15 minutes or just until potatoes are tender.
5. Add chicken, peas/corn, and cream. Bring back to a simmer and continue to cook for another 5 minutes or until peas and corn are tender. Serve with black pepper and puff pastry hearts and enjoy!
