Bacon & Egg Brekkie Toastie

Directions

1. Lightly spray a Crumble Small Fry Pan with olive oil, then heat over low to medium heat Add eggs to pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.

2. Place bread slices on top of the egg mixture and cook until the egg is just set. Gently turn over egg and bread.

3. Top both halves with tomato, bacon, cheese and lettuce and season with mayo and salt/pepper.

4. Cook the bread for another 1-2 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown. Fold one side of the bread over to form a sandwich and enjoy!
