Try this 15-minute Vietnamese Pizza (aka Bánh Tráng Nướng). No need for fancy wood ovens here, this popular street food uses rice paper sheets and your favourite toppings before being grilled to perfection with only a fry pan!

Switch up pizza night with some killer street food. In this case, bánh tráng nướng a.k.a Vietnamese Pizza.
Made with a rice paper base and topped with egg, green onions, pork floss, mayo and sriracha for a crisp crunch followed by savoury bursts of umami. This dish is usually served flat or folded over, but you can also cut it up into your familiar pizza slices.
Add a sheet of rice paper to your Crumble fry pan over low heat.
Crack an egg on top, and spread it out to the edges. Top with green onions and protein of choice.
Let the egg cook and the rice paper crisp, moving the rice paper around if crisping unevenly.
When crispy and crunchy, finish with mayo and Sriracha to taste. Enjoy open or fold it in half and enjoy!
