General Information

1. Offer Period: The offer is valid from 19th July (ends midnight). Timing subject to change.

2. Eligibility: The offer is open to all customers who make a qualifying purchase within the offer period. Purchase any Ultimate Ceramic Set, after any discounts are applied and qualify for a free Chef Knife. ONE Chef redemption is valid per qualifying customer/order. (or) Purchase any Classic Round Dutch Oven, Shallow Dutch Oven, Oval Dutch Oven, Pumpkin Casserole or Bread Oven and qualify for a free Mini Chef Knife (Paring Knife). ONE Mini Chef Knife (Paring Knife) redemption is valid per qualifying customer/order. Customers are not able to redeem multiple Knives. Returning a portion of your order may disqualify you from the free gift promotion, resulting in a charge for the free item.

3. Gift with Purchase Item: Qualifying orders will receive a free Chef Knife (or) Paring Knife for orders meeting the requirements above and claimed via the Crumble website. Only one gift per customer/order is redeemable.

Special Conditions for Returns on GWP Promotions

1. 30-Day Trial: Orders placed during GWP promotions are NOT eligible for the Free 30-Day Home trial.

2. Partial Refund: Customers who return the products from their order, or cancel any part of their order that has not yet shipped but do not return the gifted product (unused & unopened), such as the free Knives, will be eligible for a partial refund only. The amount withheld will be subject to the Brekkie Pan or Knive(s) value omitted. The omitted value will be calculated according to the current MSRP less any promotional discounts, if applicable.

3. Exchanges: No exchanges will be accepted for orders with Knives redeemed.

Any product not returned or received in a condition not in accordance with the Crumble return policy will NOT be considered for a refund.

Miscellaneous

1. Alteration of Terms: Crumble reserves the right to alter, cancel, or extend the offer without prior notice.
